One of the biggest threats to sea turtles is plastic pollution. Every year, millions of tons of plastic enter our oceans, much of it mistaken for food by marine animals. Turtles often ingest plastic bags, mistaking them for jellyfish, one of their primary food sources. This is why reducing plastic consumption is essential in safeguarding their future.
